Bio

I've always been a fairly fit individual, but in the last few years I've started to take it to the next level. It started with running and has now blossomed into triathlon. I completed my first marathon, the AT&T Austin Marathon, in February 2008 and am commited to completing a half ironman triathlon in New Orleans, LA on April 5, 2009....enjoy the journey.
